ST Culture Advocacy is a non-profit organization based in Southern California. We are an independent charity organization not affiliated with any political or religious organization. STCA raises funds, participates in community charity events, promotes shared cultures and values, encourages beneficial exchanges among the different cultures, and assists students who dream of pursuing higher education in the social sciences.
 
Our Committees:
  Lynn Tang, Chairwoman
Lynn Tang is a prolific figure in both film and Broadway, renowned for her extensive contributions to multicultural cinema and theatrical productions. As the executive director of Universe Multicultural Film Festival, director of San Diego International Kids’ Film Festival and founder of Epic ACG Fest, she has championed diverse storytelling/ Her production credits include the acclaimed “Hiding Sward” in China and the star-studded “Senior Entourage” on Hollywood. “Chen Ying Rescuers the Orphan " in Studio 54 (New York) and Dolby Theater ( Hollywood)
Lynn’s commitment extends to cultural advocacy with project like “On Matriarchy Lake” for the Mosuo group and “Tibetan Hearts”, highlighting Tibetan drama. She continues to expand her influence with upcoming Tibetan film projects and the launch of Maeya TV. Beyond entertainment, Lynn’s career spans international business and philanthropy, she has managed projects for Fortune 500 companies and advises on investments in Shanghai’s Zhabei District. Honored with the David Chow Humanitarian Foundation Award and the USA Present’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Lynn Tang is celebrated for her leadership in bridging cultural divides through film theater, and community engagement globally
   Dr. Viki L. Lin, Philanthropy Committee Chair
Dr. Lin is a family physician and colonel in the US Air Force. She is a graduate from the US Air Force Academy and has dedicated her life to serving the country and providing medical care to our soldiers and their families for over 24 years. When she was deployed to Kuwait and Turkey, she was heavily involved with the educational and cultural activities. Growing up in a multi-cultural (Chinese and American) family, and serving in a multi-cultural military, she has passion to promote the harmony for all cultures. Her special interests include mentorship and career development for youth of all cultures and backgrounds. Currently, she resident in southern California retired from the Air force.
  Nikki Julius, Fund Raising and Project Manager
Nicole Julius is an active philanthropist, an entrepreneur, has become highly-regarded for using her kind and winning personality and creative energy to raise funds and awareness for non-profit organizations.
Now, she sharpens her focus on BelieveU, that is designed to help children to secure music and art education programs which have been dropped from the public school due to insufficient government funding. Nicole Julius currently resides in Los Angeles and is dedicating her time to helping the financially-challenged, artistically-talented and musically-inclined children realize their full potential.  
 

Lisa Brimm, Fund Raising Director

Ms. Lisa Brimm is well versed in international business relations, product and business development. She has spent years traveling China, Europe and various Latin Countries developing markets for consumer goods (skincare, coffee, chocolate, wine, & more). Her knowledge extends to product registration and trademarks. Lisa holds a Real Estate license with experience in residential/commercial real estate leasing and management.
